Cannot get Cachecard to connect via internet

Hi...got my Cachecard installed, I can telnet to it, I got tivoweb installed and running smoothly (runs automatically at each boot), but I cannot get it to connect via internet instead of phone connection.

I used the instructions and entered ,#401 at the dial prefix but it tries and states "service unavailable".

Any advice?

Fixed it. I had set the cachecard to connect via static IP, I re-set it to use DHCP and now it's working wonderfully.
