"Unable to access mfs" error

Error when running nic_install:

Determining software version...
Error - Unable to access mfs.

Solution -

1) Boot tivo, go into the "system information" menu and write down the SW version string. It should look something like 3.1.0b-02-1-001

2) Run nic_install and use the --force option to specify the SW version string. For example:
nic_install cachecard --force 3.1.0b-02-1-001
